St. Augustine wakes up in April and doesn’t stop until October. Skip a week and the lawn stops looking maintained — it looks overgrown. We run weekly through the growing season, pull back when the humidity finally breaks, and adjust cut height so your lawn keeps moisture through the worst of it.

- Yes. We prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier through Houston summer, but we do one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep when it makes sense.
- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most people. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine too if you prefer it.
- We handle small commercial properties and a few HOA common-area contracts inside the Loop and out toward Sugar Land. Send the address and the scope and we’ll walk it before quoting.
- Yes — general liability and workers’ comp on every crew member. Happy to send the certificate to your property manager.
- Rain reschedules are part of life here. We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and you’ll hear from us if it slips beyond that. We don’t cut wet St. Augustine — it tears the blade.
- May through September, weekly is the right rhythm — St. Augustine and Bermuda are putting on serious growth and skipping a week shows fast. October through March we typically pull back to bi-weekly or monthly depending on the lawn.
- We design and install at the residential scale — beds, paver patios, sod, sprinkler, and small plant installs. For full architectural design we partner with a designer in town and project-manage from there.
